The way to ourself as a Leadership consultant

My model of work, mind and method always helps me in expanding my Sales & Customer service skills. This model distinguishes four concrete attitudes that is : Ethics, Vision, Courage and Consciousness. These orientations are my inner resources, always available to help you if you access them. The relationship between these patterns of behavior determines the shape and size of the space in your way to realize your objectives. That inner space of judgment is your capacity to succeed, to go beyond your limits which we can call "GREATNESS" that leads you to success.

ETHICS: Be of Service

GREATNESS : Potential for great Results

REALITY:   To be grounded without illusions

VISION: Think Positive & be open to innovation

COURAGE: Act with Sustained Initiative

1- ETHICS: refers to the importance of people and integrity. It means caring about people; being sensitive and of service to them; behaving in accordance with ethical principles. To strengthen my Ethical orientation:

1- Value and develop teamwork

2- Strive for meaningful work

3- Prioritize good communication and mature commitment

4- Act with integrity and in accordance with your principles

II- VISION means applying analytical skills, thinking positively; looking at situations in new ways; and being inspirational. To strengthen that orientation:

1- Exercise abstract reasoning

2- Cultivate a strategic perspective

3- Be creative and proactive

III - COURAGE is defined as taking charge; using power wisely; acting with a keen awareness and sustained initiative; managing anxiety; and being free and responsible. To expand that orientation:

1- Advocate and stand for something

2- Be willing to stand alone

3- Experience anxiety in a constructive way

4- Take responsibility for your choices

IV – REALITY: refers to a meaningful approach in facing reality without illusions; relying on factual rather than emotional; and being tough, task-oriented and results-focused. It also means being able to understand other people's perceptions of reality. To develop your reality orientation you have to:

1. Pay attention to detail

2. Be objective and informed as you can

3. Do what it takes to succeed

4. Seek shared reality

Considering the strengths and weaknesses of your work attitudes, you can identify where your increased efforts can be best leveraged, giving you the maximum impact from the least effort. Your weakest attitude is your leverage point. Cultivating your weaknesses, while continuing to value your stronger attitudes, is key to breaking through your "stuck points" so that you can transform your “know how” in Successful Sales and Customer Service.
